Let's Review Different User Types

Profit Drive allows you to choose a certain user type to add to your account! There are three different user types that you can generate: Partner, Employee & Driver. 

Objectives

In this support article, you will learn about the different types of users for Profit Drive.

Partner

Partners have full access to your Profit Drive account, just like any primary account holder. If you make someone a partner, then you can't adjust their permissions.

Employee

Employees have limited access to your Profit Drive account. You can set their permissions in regards to the use of the system including skip tracing and direct mail campaigns. The permissions can easily be set inside your account.

Driver

Drivers have the very least amount of access to your Profit Drive account. They can't use system credits for skip tracing and direct mail campaigns and they are restricted to only seeing the leads that they submit. Permissions can't be changed for this type of user.
