Let's Change A User's Type
If you have an employee who you want to become a partner, or you have a partner who you want to become just an employee, you can change that user's type quickly and simply.
Review the difference between a partner and an employee below:
Partners have full access to your Profit Drive account, just like any primary account holder. If you make someone a partner, then you can't adjust their permissions.
Employees have limited access to your Profit Drive account. You can set their permissions in regards to the use of the system including skip tracing and direct mail campaigns. The permissions can easily be set inside your account.
In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how to change a user's type.
1. Log in to your Profit Drive account. Then, click on Team Members located on the left-hand side menu.
2. Next, select a team member's profile that you are wanting to edit.
3. You will be taken to that user's profile. Scroll down to user type and click on the type below User Type.
In the drop-down menu, select which type that you want.
4. When you are finished, click on Save at the bottom.
