Let's Create Tags
A tag is a keyword or categorizing term that can be attached to a lead, contact or deal.
Tags are useful when you need find a specific lead, contact or deal for business purposes. You can do so by using that specific tag to search for the information you need.
Furthermore, you can use tags to organize your leads, contacts, and deals into categories and tailor your actions to certain groups.
Create tags to organize your CRM in just few simple steps.
In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how to create a tag.
1. Log in to your Profit Drive account. Then, click on Settings located on the left-hand side. In the drop-down menu, click on Tags.
2. You will be directed to your tag management system. Click on the plus sign located in the upper right-hand corner.
3. A pop-up box will appear. Under Tag Name, click on the box and type in a name for your new tag.
When you are finished, click on Save.
4. Your new tag will appear in your tag management system. Under Status, you can click on the toggle to make your tag active or inactive.
Note: If the toggle is orange, your tag is active. If the toggle is gray, your tag is inactive.
Under Actions, click on the trashcan icon to delete a tag.
A pop-up box will appear, click on Delete to confirm.
