Let's Search Through Your Credit Statement

If you have a lengthy credit statement and need to search for a specific credit, date purchased, refund, description or other, you can do so using the search feature.

Similar to a credit card or bank statement, your Profit Drive credit statement lists what type of credits you purchased, when you purchased them and other information. 

Credits are what fuel your Profit Drive account so you can take action such as skip trace and conduct direct mail campaigns. 

With your credit statement, this will tell you when you last purchased credits, what type of credits you purchased, if you received a refund, and if you used your debit or credit card. 

In just a few steps, you can search through your credit statement with ease. 

Objectives

In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how to access and view your credit statement.  

Steps

1. Log in to your Profit Drive account. Then, click on your name located in the upper right-hand corner. 

In the drop-down menu, click on Credit system. 

2. You will be directed to your credits page. Scroll down to Statement.

Here, you will see when credits were purchased, what credits you purchased and other information. 

3. In the upper right-hand corner of your statement section, enter the item you are searching for the the search box.

Then, simply click on the magnifying glass to complete your search.
