Let's Reset A Driver's Password

With every login, you need a unique password to go with it. 

It's easy to forget one of your many passwords if don't have them stored in secure place. If your driver forgets their password, there is a quick and easy way for you to restore it!

In a few simple steps, have your driver access the Profit Drive app again, so they can find you properties that hopefully lead to deals.

In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how reset a driver's password. 

Steps

1. Log in to your Profit Drive account. Then, click on Drivers located on the left-hand side menu. 

2. Then, click on a driver's name of who you need to reset the password for.

3. Under Security, click on Reset user's password. 

2. A pop-up box will appear stating that an email has been to your driver's email address. Have your driver follow the reset instructions in the email.
