Let's Reset A Team Member Password

If you need to reset one of your Team Member's password from logging into your Profit Drive account, you can do this with a few simple steps.

Objectives

In this support article, you will learn step-by-step how to reset a Team Member's password.

Steps

1. Log in to your Profit Drive account. Then, click on Team Members located on the left-hand side menu. 

2. Next, select a team member's profile that you are wanting to edit.

3. You will be taken to that user's profile. Scroll right to Security. 

Click on Reset User's Password button on the right-hand side. 

4. When you are finished, click on Ok at the bottom.
