Let's Check out the Dashboard
The Profit Drive Dashboard is a perfect place to get a high overview of your business & leads all in one easy to ready section. The Dashboard will show you everything from the number of leads, how many are actively in a campaign, how many deals you won and so much more.
Below is a brief description of the Icons located on the top right on your Dashboard. All 3 of these icons are links to take you to each of the desired locations.
- Roadmap Icon: This will take you to the Profit Drive Roadmap! Here you will our Product Roadmap so that you can stay informed on what we are currently working on right now & what w will be working on in the near future. If you have a suggestion on something that you would like to see inside of Profit Drive, just click on the Launch the Product Roadmap button where you will be able to let us know.
- Google Play | Android: Click here to be automatically taken to the Google Play store where you can download the Profit Drive mobile app.
- Apple Store: Click here to be automatically taken to the Apple Store where you can download the Profit Drive mobile app.
- New: This section will easily display the new of new Propertied | Leads added to the system.
- Property Approved: Here you will see how may properties that you have approved. These could be properties added by a Driver on your team
- Unqualified Property: Here you will see the total number of properties that you have determined to be unqualified. For example: A driver submits a deal that does not fit your predetermined criteria.
- Active Campaign: This section will display how many Properties | Leads that you currently have in an active direct mail campaign.
Below is a brief description of the Dashboard items found on Row 2.
- Campaign Complete: Here you will see the total number of Properties | Leads that have been successfully completed a campaign.
- Return to Sender: This section will display how many Properties | Leads have been marked Return to Sender, stopping their current direct mail campaign.
- Unresponsive: Here you will see the total numbers of Properties | Leads which have been unresponsive to your campaign(s).
- Lead Contact: Easily see how many Properties | Leads that you have had successful contact with.
Below is a brief description of the Dashboard items found on Row 3.
- Follow Up: This section will display how many Properties | Leads that you need to follow-up with. These are leads currently set for follow-up but you yet to know if they are a deal or not.
- Do Not Contact: Easily see how many Properties | Leads are set for Do Not Contact.
- Dead Lead: Unfortunately we all have dead or lost deals, here is where you will find that number.
- Appointment Set: Congratulations, you have set an appointment with the lead! This section will show you how busy your calendar will be :).
Below is a brief description of the Dashboard items found on Row 4.
- Offer Made: Easy see how many completed offers have been made here.
- Deal Lost: Wah Wah, unfortunately here will see your deals lost. Don't worry though, it happens to the best of them.
- Deal Won: Time to cash some checks! Here you sill see the deals that you have won!
- Total Properties: The final section of row 4 will show you the total number of Properties | Leads that have been submitted to your account.

- Skip Traced Properties: Easy see how many Properties | Leads that you have Skip Traced. For more information on Skip Tracking click here.
- Properties Lookup this Month: Here you will find how many Properties | Leads that you have successfully performed an Owner Lookup on. For more information on Owner Lookup click here.
